WSET Level 3 - Award in Wines provides detailed analysis of the broad range of wines
Accent is placed on factors that influence the style, quality and price of wines and spirits in all of the principal wine regions of the world. Each student will develop a high level of analytical tasting skills.
Who should attend?
WSET Level 3 - Award in Wines and Spirits focuses on the influence of wine varieties, climate, how wine is made and other factors influencing the style of wine made around the globe. It covers more than just wine varieties and regions; it includes sparkling, desert and fortified wines basics. It is planned as professional development for wine industry employees, enabling better understanding of wine and introduction to the wide range of world wines. It includes theoretical and practical education about wines and spirits from all over the world. Wine tasting is an integral part of each lecture, and during the seminar participants will taste 44 wines and 4 spirits
What is the level of knowledge one has to have to enrol into Level 3?
- This qualification is open to students who hold the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. Students who have the level of knowledge and experience equivalent to Level 2.
Price:
- Euro 948 € + VAT = 1.185 €
- The price includes literature, wine samples, lecture and exam. Programme lasts 28h + 2.15h exam.
